Your mission
Five Elephant is searching for a new team member for our kitchen, to work on a new project, someone that will be responsible for the preparation, creation and execution of all menu items and will assist in overseeing the overall running of the kitchen, cleanliness and organisation. Constantly striving to achieve cost-effective, efficient and quality products coming from the kitchen. 

Your tasks:
  • Preparation Ingredients such as pastes, raw vegetables, etc.

  • Preparation 2-4 sandwich variants/day

  • Preparation 1-3 salads/day

  • Preparation Overnight Muesli 1-3 variants/day 

  • Ordering ingredients

  • Cleaning kitchen according to HACCP standard
Your profile
Requirements:

  • Kitchen experience min.1 year, preferably in food preparation.

  • Experience in preparation of baked goods

  • Interest in recipe development

  • Early riser

Dein Profil

Voraussetzungen:

  • Küchen Erfahrung min.1 Jahr, bevorzugt in Vorbereitung von Speisen

  • Erfahrung in Zubereitung von Backwaren

  • Interesse an Rezeptentwicklung

  • Frühaufsteher


Anstellung:

  • Teilzeit mit Option auf Vollzeit, min. 32 Wochenstunden

  • Vergütung nach Absprache
