Service Worker - FED (Five Elephant Deli)

Your mission

We are looking for high service oriented people to join our FED (Five Elephant Deli)

YOUR TASKS

Maintain responsible relationships as part of a young and motivated team.
Serve all beverages and food according to our Service Standards with special attention towards detail and care.
Greet and interact with each customer with a commitment to consistently excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop at all times.
Perform all opening and closing duties.
Operate the POS system and be accountable for cash handling.

Your profile

At least one year of experience as a barista / bartending position.
You must have a strong customer service mentality.
Must have good organisation and the ability to multi-task.
You must be reliable and flexible.
Available to work weekends.
You must be fluent in English and have basic German communication skills.
